AssociationForum.orgAssociation Forum of Chicagoland provides tools and best practices in the field of association management for non-profit organizations. Tools include industry news, research and surveys; samples and best practice guidelines; networking, education and publications for association CEOs; and InSight benchmarking. Membership required for certain resources.

BNA.comBloomberg BNA (formerly the Bureau of National Affairs) provides news and analysis on such topics as labor and employment; pensions, benefit and compensation; legal and business issues; and health care, among others. A Human Resources Library, complete with Policy Handbook, Performance Review software, Fast Answers service, and in-depth State Law Summaries plus continuing education and training programs are also offered.  BNA product subscription and/or purchase required for most resources.

BLS.gov – The Bureau of Labor Statistics of the U.S. Department of Labor measures labor market activity, working conditions, and price changes in the economy. Online resources include surveys and statistics, industry news and publications, access to databases, at-a-glance tables, calculators and more.

ChicagoCompensation.org – The Chicago Compensation Association (CCA) is an independent association for compensation professionals and a member of the WorldatWork local network. Resources include educational seminars, networking opportunities, access to relevant research and white papers.

Conference-Board.orgThe Conference Board is a global, independent business membership and research association with resources that focus on data and analysis, peer learning, and leadership development. TCB Review, The Conference Board’s quarterly magazine, is available online, along with archival issues and web exclusives. Membership required for certain resources.

IFEBP.org – The International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans offers industry news, education and networking opportunities, the day’s top headlines, regulatory information and more. Membership required for certain resources.

kff.orgThe Henry J. Kaiser Family Foundation is a non-profit, private operating foundation that focuses on major health care issues facing the U.S. Resources are free and include policy research and insights, detailed analysis, basic facts and statistics, and polling.

SHRM.org – With more than 260,000 members in over 140 countries, the Society for Human Resource Management is the world’s largest association devoted to HR management. Resources include publications, conferences, certification, education, advocacy and standards. Membership required for certain resources.

WorldatWork.comWorldatWork is a non-profit HR association focused on compensation, benefits, and work-life effectiveness. Resources include education and certification opportunities, skill-building seminars, surveys, and career tools. Membership required for certain resources.

HealthCare.govThe Federal Governments ACA-specific website includes basic health insurance information, previews of Marketplace plans and pricing, estimates of costs and savings, ways to apply for coverage, and dedicated areas for individuals and families, young adults and businesses.

ACA CentralIFEBP’s sub-site for news, analysis and the latest regulatory announcements related to the Affordable Care Act.
