- Provided an assessment of the total compensation for the senior management team and provide recommendations for any changes.
- Developed a long-term incentive (LTI) plan that would support the firm’s business strategy, with a focus on continuous growth over the life of the business and increased buy-in, commitment and performance from the senior management team.
- Developed plan design details, plan document and individual plan statements.
