The Situation

BCR had previously provided both compensation and benefits consulting services to this client. When faced with the departure of a senior member of their Human Resources staff, the company called on BCR for assistance. Using BCR’s talent resource offering, the company currently engages with one of our consultants on an extended assignment. Our consultant functions as an extension of company staff and brings significant expertise and project management skills to the company on a non-headcount basis.
