The Situation

There was no real executive compensation philosophy in place. Executive compensation overall was below competitive market. Incentive plans were not well understood, communicated or administered. Stock option grants were also not competitive.

The Deliverables

  • Assessed the current incentive and stock option programs in terms of plan design, administration and communications.
  • Developed an executive compensation framework for the future for the company’s executive compensation program.
  • Performed a gap analysis between current and future program design, administrative processes and requirements to develop a detailed implementation/communication approach, along with a timetable and work steps for implementations.
