She brings to the team successful experience in leading the development and administration of broad-based compensation programs including salary structure development, job evaluation, incentive plans, merit increase and salary planning implementation, consolidation to common merit date and performance management.
Lisa has conducted market pricing and evaluation for national and international jobs, provided policy development, and FLSA compliance assistance. She is skilled at developing compensation communications plans, collateral materials, and training programs, and is experienced at facilitating training for HR, management, and general employee population on program changes or launches. She also works effectively with all levels of management.
